The People

Founder and director, Merryl Swan, has worked in exchange rate and interest rate markets from 1989 until 2007 for various employers, including the key Queensland Government financial institutions, a major Queensland public company, and in the dealing rooms of major banks in London and Brisbane. During her long working career, Merryl has been closley involved with all aspects of the exchange rate and interest rate markets, including trading, dealing, client advice, corporate treasury consulting and investment portolio management. Merryl also has a First Class Honours Degree majoring in economics from Griffith University in Brisbane.

In addition, Merryl plans to use contract consultants who also have a strong background in exchange rate and interest rate markets.

Where are we going?

One plan at this stage is to give you more alternatives on ways to receive the exchange rate and interest rate information.

Currently, we are only using email and password access to the website to deliver the Services. However we want to look at SMS and pod casting as alternative methods of delivery. We will look at what combination you want and what works for you, and then do our best to deliver.

We will also look at adding another Service which includes a weekly report with commentary on another exchange rate, probably starting with the Euro rate.
